This is the HOA gym, a decent gym and pool. The downside you must be a resident of Surprise Valley or associated Condos. The place a rentable space as well for parties and events.

Marcie does a great job on muscle training and toning. She will also give you simple tips and shows you the correct gestures which you can do without heavy equipments at home.
