Needed to make number of copies and it was in my neighborhood. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and made my copy experience easy. The equipment was fairly easy to use and worked well. They also carry greeting cards that are really unique and some are down right hilarious. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Dealt directly with the owner. I had an Amazon return and hadn't sealed the envelope. Other UPS Stores would have charged me a couple bucks for "packaging." Not here, it was free. Fred Meyers was not able to print a PDF off of a thumb drive (ridiculous, I know). I went into Postal Express where they quickly and politely assisted me in printing the document that I needed. I would highly recommend this business to anybody!

This is a great family owned store. They always have plenty of people working so I've never waited more than a minute for service. They are always friendly and help me out with packages.
