You can never reach someone right away. When you receive a message to call back you just get voicemail and can't reach anyone. You call back and get put on hold and they hang up on you. How is there no central switchboard? Instead, the

Love calling this place, it's voice mail only, if they answer they put your on hold for 20 minutes. When asked if they can place you on hold you can't answer because they just do it.
