Silverwood Plumbing And Rodding Inc plumbers showed up to fix a problem with my drainage system. They were very professional, polite, knowledgeable and informative. They explained to me what they were doing and showed me pictures of what needed to be fixed. I was very impressed with their work and would definitely recommend them.

They were very courteous over the phone and gave me a half hour window when the plumber would arrive and it was accurate. He was very professional, clean, advised me of cost prior to starting work, explained everything and finished very fast. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer service all around i had previously tried to get my yard drain clean by another company the guy was there for over 2 hrs and was unable to jump the trap in order to clear the stopage, my neighbor call sewer guy for me the technician was able to get it done within 30 minutes top am very impress.

Great company. I had a different company come before them and tell me a very steep price and they ended up not knowing what was wrong. And tryed to sell me a new boiler even though mine is only a few years old. So I called family plumbing

He showed up when he said he would, evaluated the situation, gave me a proposal which I found acceptable and completed the job in a timely fashion. He even cleaned up, left no mess. Next time I need a plumber will definitely call him back

STOP !!! Before calling this guy, make sure your pockets are deep enough. I called him for a job ( it took 4 minutes to tighten a screw or something ). He charged me $150 in CASH. I told him any regular plumber will charge $80. He said, to cross the door, he needs $150 in CASH. He has an attitude !!!! My God. DO NOT CALL HIM

I had 3 different plumbers come to fix my boiler and none of them could figure it out. After spending hours with those plumbers with no solution's. I called TempRite and within 15 minutes the problem was diagnosed and the cost for the fix was priced right. Great experience
