Growing up on Jimmy's Red Hots is a good life. Chicago Staple. One of a kind. Dont Ask For Ketchup. Not your Traditional Chicago Dog with all the trimmings but Most Definitely A Chicago Dog. Dont worry, Fries come with the dog. Parking is easy. Cash Only. Enjoy.
This is a 5 star place it's been there on Grand and Pulaski since 1954 that tells us All that it's the Bomb place ( just Never Ask For ketchup.) I Love Jimmy's try their Tamale Bunch mmmm Good.
Captures the essence of the soda fountain era where life seemed much simpler. Good balanced flavors in the savory foods. The toasted homemade rye and sourdough breads that the sandwiches were made from were so earth shatteringly crisp
Let me tell you how good this bakery is: we live nearby, and my boyfriend had been complaining about his commute to work nonstop and wanting to move soon to be closer to the highway. We discovered this bakery and are obsessed with
Great home-cooked food. Service is pretty poor -feels like you’re eating in someones kitchen who didn’t invite you for dinner. Credit card accepted.
My First Time TrYing The Dominicano Mondongo it Was Very Goood I've AlWaYs Had The Puerto Rican Mondongo. I Definitely Will Be Going Back TheRe Foood Is Pretty Goood. I Recommend U Stop On Bye & GiVe Them A Try. It's Dominican Foood
Food is decent although a bit overpriced for the quality. Free chips and salsa but no free water. The place only has 1 door at the entrance so anyone coming in or out will let in all the cold. Wait staff is nice and courteous. Not a place I'd recommend but it's alright if you're not particular about where you eat.
This is the most low key bar/restaurant. It’s an older crowd but there’s ALWAYS a party on the bar side. If you’re not into it and just want to enjoy some genuine Mexican food, stick to the restaurant. Either way, I love this place. Their food, drinks and music are good.
This place is the bomb. It has turned into a big favorite. It’s so low-key but great food. I always get the red curry and I. Love it.
The beef soup and sushi rolls we ordered were so delicious and filling. Our waiter was attentive and the decor really nice. The only thing is they could raise the heater up a little more, i had my coat on the whole time and was still cold. Other than that everything was excellent.
Good quality and delicious food. Great service would definitely recommend.
Tacos were amazing. Each taco is like overly packed with meat and vegetables of your picking. This is also the only place I know which have avocado inside a taco. Seriously no other place that can beat this place as of now in Chicago. I have been in most Taco spots from city to burbs. Keep up the good work guys.
The food is good..bit the way they treat their customers needs to improve.they also need to answer their phone and accept call in
The food was really delicious. Everything was made from scratch. The pancakes are huge. The Philly cheese steak is delicious and flavorful. You can see the food cooked on the flat top. Everything is freshly prepared and made to order. The
Beautiful location in Chicago. Great architecture and gardens
Had a tasty Chicago hot dog and sat in the out door patio. Price was right and a beautiful view of the lagoon and the swan boats.
I’m sorry, but, the old cooks are way better, like, WAY BETTER. When I come here, I usually get the double cheeseburger with gyro meat, and when the old staff was here, it was amazing. Nicks was my go to for a delicious burger , now when I
Good food! Specially the half chicken 🐔 special for lunch. The Philly cheese is very good
The. Best. Puerto Rican Restaurant. Hands. Down. I have been going to this place since I was a kid and every time has been an explosion of flavor in my mouth. I sadly don't live in Chicago anymore but every time I go to visit my mom we have
My family and I have been coming here for years. Delicious Puerto Rican food, and great portions for the price. Keep up the great work!
Number 1 spot for PR food. Clean great tasting food, staff is the best.
I love to order food & find nice looking, very hot, & very tasty!!! And cashier lady very friendly/respectful.
Customer Service and food is good. I'll drive from the Suburbs to the city just to eat a delicious Ajiaco. Empanadas are good. Definitely one of my favorite places.
I will rate this place a 5 stars if it wasn’t for the Bad customer service experience I have at night 11/17/19 with their waitress who took a really long time to tell me that they didn’t have the dish I order, when at the beginning she
Attentive, hospitable service, the flavors and presentation of the food was remarkable. Overall great start to the year.
I liked the atmosphere of this restaurant. Something unique about it. I had the Halibut when I went there. Halibut portion was just right and the presentation was good. I'd go back again if I was in the area
Always a good time and a good experience. Have gone there probably more than 20 times and we love that we know we will get quality food in an intimate setting. I love that the brothers are always there working. I value hard working people and their earned business.
So disappointed! spending over $300 and being rushed out because someone is waiting for our table, we had at least three people approach us and we had to leave our unfinished drinks so we can pay quickly and leave. Even though the food was good but I would never return here for this reason.
Mexican fare in a very friendly environment with a Latino vibe. It's not hard to spot this place from traffic as it sits right at the intersection. There's a parking lot behind the restaurant with decent space. Tacos are nice and some of them can get pretty hot so watch out for the sauces if you aren't spice tolerant.
Having recently moved to Chicago from LA, I can assure you these tacos are the real deal! They give you free tortilla chips and the prices are very affordable. I personally loved the ribeye taco. Great place and friendly staff, I highly recommend!
This place is unquestionably one of the best place in the neighborhood. Anytime I come there I am so happy. They hold their very high level service and the highest level of dishes they provide. You will be always satisfied with this restaurant. Highly recommended.
From a guy who grew up in Texas, this place was dead on. It's not fancy, but that's why I liked it. They had the classics like fried okra, mac 'n cheese, and corn pudding, which was good. But the real deal is the banana pudding. That stuff is impossible to find in Chicago made right.
Very nice, professional and friendly ambience. Will definitely be going back. It's a little wait but everything fresh. Well worth the wait.
I come to this marvelous place many times since I enjoy the ambiance that is part of this place. The personel is highly attentive and well trained. The service is extremely quick. Needless to say, the food you get is highly distinguished. I ate there often and I was always delighted. The price is modest. I suggest this place to to all.
There are numerous options for vegetarians, even for a limited menu that they have here. I was happy with my taco salad and the “snacks” that they have available (fried pickles and nachos were the best dishes on the menu). The vegan chicken
Excellent, buzzing atmosphere and great fried chicken. The seasoning on the chicken is amazing. The only thing that disappointed us on our visit was the corn nuts. Everything else was excellent.
The tacos and burritos are so so delicious and the customer service outstanding!
Great carne asada tacos. I have had these several times at this place, highly recomended!
