Okay, sorry for the typos, I'm doing this from my phone. First of all, STELLAR staff!!! I was recently in the trauma unit from January 2020 to February 2020. Were there a few "bad eggs?" Yes, but they were "floaters" who didn't normally
Been a long time but this place helped me so much. I am forever indebted to their kindness and yet firm treatment plan. Went there 3 X's. Wonderful community
This place was so amazing. I actually begged to stay longer bc i could tell i was actually getting REAL help, but my insurance wouldn't pay. My doctor was able to get me 3 more days, and i was devastated to leave sooner than i felt i
It's great. The staff are nice and they make u comfortable. For opioid withdrawal, they manange your detox well. Giving comfort meds and suboxune it's really nice for a detox program. The only thing is, if your in a serious relationship and
I was a patient of River Oaks, myself, on two separate occasions. They gave me all the care and even feedback that I needed for myself so that I could learn to cope with a new way of life that had been suddenly thrust upon me. I was in a
I chose to stay with this practice when I moved out to the suburbs because I hate ch age who when it comes to doctors. I stayed with both the adult and pediatric offices since they were both in the same building. An added bonus was that one
Went there once as a new patient. Saw Dr. August, who seemed nice enough. It was only 1 visit so I don't have a really positive or negative remark about the actual doctor. But came back for blood work at their lab, got there 8:20am. They
I saw Dr. August a handful of times. She seemed nice enough. As time went on, I saw more of nurses than Dr. August. This is when my care by Riverside Medical fell off. The nurses seldom knew why I was visiting the office and were

Dr. Kulik is great but there's something seriously wrong with the staff (like someone else mentioned, they might be way understaffed). My mother has been without her meds since last week. CVS requested a refill last week and never heard

Horrible. They charged us at the new patient price when my boyfriend has been going to this office for over 15 years. He also had to fill out new patient paperwork. He and I both agree that the NP he saw, Ian Smalling, didn't listen to him
Emailed for a prescription refill and received a response in less then 15 min. Alex is always very helpful and friendly
A piss poor operation. They don't have no understanding of how an office is supposed to work. They don't answer phone calls unless you are the spouse that work there. Don't return emails. Dropped off paperwork to be filled out. 30 days
The staff and care I'd give a 5. The billing I give a 1. After "discounts", insurance covered $394 my first visit, $104 my second visit for a quick re-screen and $242 my third - all in the same year. I needed to go back again, still in the
Love Upper Kirby Breast Center. Friendly staff and always in and out quickly.
DONT USE THIS FACILITY. I HAD BREAST MEMOGRAM AND BONE DENSITY DONE AT THIS LOCATION FOR MY WIFE ALMOST ONE MONTH AGO. THEY NEVER SENT THE RPORT THE PHYSICIAN AND REFUSED TO GIVE A COPY THROUGH OUR PERSONAL FAX. INSPITE OF SEVERAL REQUEST, DOCTOR DID NOT GET THE REPORT.
Staff was very welcoming. I had a mammogram and bone scan during the same visit. Doctor received the reports in a timely way. I've used them several times, including for a needle biopsy, and I've always been pleased.
Still waiting to be checked in for a 9:30 appointment. Most inefficient center I've ever visited.
I just left and the woman that discharged my son (Debbie) was so rude and disrespectful. She told us the balance and I told her that I couldn't pay right then. She told me that we couldn't come there and not pay. I asked what ER he could go
Its a good hospital
Horrible patient care!! Very disappointed! Very bad attitude towards me and showed no concern towards my son. Only person that was kind was the janitorial woman and the front desk lady. My son was screaming for an solid hour and not once
This use to be a great hospital until they became merit health. Now they seem to be severely understaffed and overworked. They don’t seem to care about patients at all! When you’re there, you feel like you’re getting in their way no matter how big your emergency is. I will never go to them again!
I will never use this Hospital again. Very uncaring and treated me like a dope head after pain meds. i went in with severe chest pain two nights in a row. i spent 5 min or less with a Dr. The second night they did no test and pretty much
Wonderful atmosphere and kind doctors. My only complaint is the receptionist Diedra. She is incompetent when it comes to scheduling appointments or even checking in a patient. Her overall attitude made me uncomfortable and upset. She is very unprofessional and I will not be returning because of her.
Dr Sutherland is a superior doctor and expertise surgeon. For years other doctors handled my PCOS with Progesterone therapy, Dr Sutherland puts patients health priority, inserted Mirena IUD to prevent uterine lining build up. Hormone pills cancer risk.
