Customer service needs work. My RX was called in via voicemail at 12:50 PM. I went to the pharmacy at 3:30pm. The pharmacist had not even checked the voicemails at this time. The RX was called in before 1:00 p.m. and will not be ready for

I’m new to this area, but I have used Publix Pharmacy for over a decade. I have never had to wait more than a couple of hours for my prescription to be filled. It’s really surprised that when I ordered some refills on Friday they said they wouldn’t be ready until Monday.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! I will not be returning. At least to this location. Over the past 6 months they have repeatedly put in my insurance wrong, lied about my insurance declining my prescription, told me it's my problem my doctor didn't send
