Dr Viswanath is professional and friendly. Making appointments has gotten much faster and better. No longer on hold for hours. My only complaint is if I have an appointment at 2 and someone whose appointment is at 2:15 but comes in 30 seconds before me, he is taken first. Happens many times. Why make an appointment?
