I was first referred to Glenn by my friend who is extremely fit and active. I knew whichever trainer she was using was the trainer I had to see. I just had a baby and gained 52 lbs while being pregnant. I needed help loosing the weight and
Glenn is extremely knowledgeable and professional! I began noticing results in about 2 weeks. Glenn created a workout plan specifically to what I wanted and challenged me every session! If you're looking for a trainer who has the education
I love F45 but HATE this location. The trainer kept arguing with us while we were doing the exercises because we did a variation of them. He wouldn’t drop it. Who cares if we do our own slightly different exercise. He then charged me 35$
Love this place. HIIT, functional and resistance training all under one roof. Quarterly fitness challenges with comprehensive meal programming to get you fast and sustainable results. Saturday’s always have a live DJ which is a ton of fun and there’s a free 7-day pass for local residents.
Great gym...love the equipment and wet areas. Good shower products and towel service
A great gym, but the fact I had to keep leaving the gym to get in my car, leave the parking structure, circle the block, and get a new ticket so I could complete my workouts, will keep me from coming back.
I love this place. I've been a member here for two years and have absolutely no complaints. They raised the membership dues by $15 all in one go last year but I still couldn't begrudge them that. It's great value.
I've been a member for over 5 year and I still love it so much. Everything I need in a gym is at Brick: Crossfit, Circuit training, kick boxing, Olympic lifting and a yoga. Brick has Incredibly knowledgeably talented coaches and they offers
I needed something different, something that tested me physically with people who knew how to push me to the next level the right way. I found all that with Orange Theory, it's super tough but worth every Splat Point.
Excellent coaching staff, front desk folks are helpful and kind. Work outs are great!
Lift Society, where have you been all my life? I love weight training, but I prefer a communal experience. After getting injured in Crossfit, I bounced between personal training (too expensive) and cardio classes (no gainz).
A great place to lift heavy! The owners and coaches are very knowledgeable. I love the small class size. Renewing my membership for another year, and looking forward to more gainz!
This gym would be amazing if they just replaced Andrea Burns with someone more service minded. Great location but absolutely horrible customer service on her part. Don't sign up at this location as long as Andrea Burns is there!
Equinox gyms are the best! That said this clubs hours are a bit off.
I never stick with a workout. But, I've been going to Peak 5 for over a year and not only has it helped me, but it feels like home. The owner, Pete knows every member and their goals. He cares about your success and gives you every tool
I’ve been going to peak 5 for more than a year and could not ask for a better gym! Owner is awesome! Everyone is supportive and makes working out a blast! Cool activities outside of the gym each month. Really feels like a huge family!
OMG.... the spinning classes are amazing. Their physical therapy program is truly remarkable and life-saving. A combination of Chiropractic and physical therapy that's very effective. 82 exercises that you can actually do at your home without any machines or workout equipment. If I could give 10 Stars I would.
Professional staff and they've whipped me into shape!
This is a great workout and Jenn truly knows how to get your body in shape! No two workouts are the same and Jen really wants to make sure you are getting a great workout and she is committed to you reaching your goals!
I am not an athlete, and usually hate exercising. Necessary evil. Group classes with Jenn & O'Neil are hard work, but everyone is very nice. Never boring.
