My favorite yoga studio in LA...Kate is amazing and they have the best teachers!!! Congratulations on your opening day
I can’t say enough about how inspiring and talented the instructors, namely my yoga teacher of 10 years Kate Duyn are at Light On Lotus. I’ve been doing yoga for decades, but have found my home studio in Los Angeles. Starting with
Blue Republic is an excellent place for those who are looking for a workout that pushes them, while also having fun. The workouts are a great mix of cardio, core work, strength & flexibility. BR is awesome for everyone at different levels!
Hidden diamond in a sea of bad gyms. So many places to work out, most are too packed, too impersonal and uninspired.
I used to love this gym but now I’m looking at others. It’s so unbearably crowded most the time now, I can’t get a decent workout in without having to wait for each individual machine. It hasn’t even been a week since they cancelled towel
