Fitness 19 is a great gym with all the necessary weights, equipment and cardio machines you’ll need to stay and get into shape. And they also have showers and massage chairs, which I take advantage of at least 3x a week.

Cancellation process is a headache. You either send in certified mail or come in at a certain time on the weekday at the specific gym you signed up at. Terrible if you’ve moved out of town. As for the snail mail, make sure you ask what

I love this place! Classes are small, so this allows the coach to give you more individual attention. I really like the high intensity workouts that Coach Rick puts together. Coach Rick also gives nutrition information to help you meet

A very large A/C gym (w 9 courts) open to public for badminton fan, clean restroom and showers provided, free parking on the street, cost only $4.00 admission on every Thursday evening, great place to hangout and badminton exercise.
