My vet called in a prescription for our puppy to this location. They promptly called me to discuss the prescription and talk about when I'd be picking it up. I really enjoyed the conversation as the person calling actually seemed to care.

I feel sorry for the people with bad experiences. I think the ladies were fast at responding at emails. They honored some discounts I inquired about. And offered another discount for a review on Yelp. Meds came in a timely manner and packaged well.
