The tech Elias was very knowledgeable about our problem quoted a price & started to work. The next day he discovered drain problems got ok to repair & he & Jaime did a great job. Very satisfied & will recommend rooter hero. I forgot to mention that Elias kept me informed all through the job which was very considerate

Prompt response and worked with my schedule as to when a technician could come out. Superior service and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Tech was great and personable. Repaired blockage from laundry drain and kitchen sink. Everything took less than an hour. Quick, efficient and professional. Highly recommend. Fair price as well!!

They worked on my drain system. Work was satisfactory but way overpriced. What needed to be done should have been done much more cheaply. Do not trust them. They will rip you off. They are liars.

Do not use this company! They move around from city to city and cancel their phone numbers after they finish the job. They way overcharged and did not do the job correctly, and would never return any phone calls to discuss the charges.

This guy is a flake. Scheduled to come for a repair twice. Each time I had to coordinate with my tenant so they could give access since the tenant has a dog.
