When hot (a minute or two),add garlic and chicken breasts (placing them so they are nice and flat and covering the olive oil in the bottom of the skillet). Brown for two-three minutes, sprinkle the top with pepper, then flip to brown the other side for two to three minutes.
Shrimp tacos here are heavenly. But you must try their habanero hot sauce with them...if you are brave enough.

Small family owned business. The server and waitress were pleasant. I had the birria de chivo and my boyfriend the enchiladas de pollo en salsa roja. Both plates were delicious, you can taste that everything was made fm scratch, none of that canned stuff. Their salsa was bomb too.

Apparently, you can't call yourself an Angeleno without having tried the Corn Man! It can be tricky finding the place at first, but it's a place you should definitely try with a couple of friends. The reason I recommend bringing people with

So there I was, on my day off, thinking I would go to oaxacanville in koreatown to get a mid-afternoon lunch of some tasty mole without fighting with the crowds. Then I remembered it's the beginning of the labor Day weekend, and driving on

Awesome place for tacos! Being as indecisive as I was, the OG sampler was the one to get. Six mini tacos that are about two bites each makes me a happy camper with all the variety and flavors. At $7.50, I'll probably order the same again
Here’s the deal. You could try and tell me there is somewhere else better to eat tacos but I will just plug my ears and repeat over and over that I can’t hear you. The best food in the best staff. Really nice place.
Food is great! I am definitely coming back. Only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is that they forgot my order, it came out when we r done eating.
Fresh and amazing quality. I was more than pleasantly surprised.
Guilty pleasure! Amazing Mexican food and no one can beat their salsa counter. It's the best salsa counter in the city! Plenty of food options to chose from. Highly recommended for a late night dinner or to satisfy your after drinking food cravings!
Casa fine is a lovely place for any occasion or just simply have a nice lunch. Always beautiful, clean and delicious! The reason I’m taking off one star is because on my last visit for mother’s day we unfortunately had a terrible waiter,
Wonderful experience, delicious food, kind owner. This was my favorite place by far while visiting la. This is real food. Do not miss it you will not be disappointed.
It's like walking into your Tia's house for lunch or dinner. Great local gem in the oldest Japanese neighborhood in Los Angeles.
I have enjoyed the unique flavors of El Tepeyac Café for over fifty-five years. A few months ago they opened a new location in La Mirada and it’s really beginning to mirror the original location in East Los Angeles.
The portion sizes are enormous. My friends and I got the 5 lbs Manuel's special burrito, and we could not finish it. It really means it when the menu says this feeds 2-4 people (more towards the latter). It comes out bigger than our
The best carnitas tacos ever...... it worth drive distance by the way it’s in the alley.👍👌😋
The tacos were tasty but I don't think they're "number 1" in my eyes. That might be because I prefer flour tortillas or because it was an hour before closing so it might not have been as fresh as I wanted. At ~$4 a taco, that's fairly pricy but hey, I guess that's LA for you. It was good but I want to come back to give it another try.
Service is great and the food was just as good. Not many places make "Tortas ala Placha" like this place. I'm coming back.
If you want authentic Mexican food, this is it 🤤👌
Nice, clean, and organized set up. Staff is very helpful. Food is good. I prefer the tacos over the tamales. This is a rare gem of a place. Limited seating on the inside or outside.
