What a great full body workout!Brandon's class was challenging and fun. Very easy to follow his instruction. Brandon is all about making each class participant be the best they can be🙂 His energy is contagious!
Great workout with really helpful instructors
This was great. Such a good workout and high energy. And this coming from someone who hates the tow machine. Brandon was amazing. Could not have enjoyed his class more.
Andre the instructor is amazing because he starts the class teaching you proper row form and posture. I have taken classes at other studios and instructors don't taken the time to explain everything in detail like he did. About 10 minutes
Great concept. Cool instructors. Tough workout. Low Impact. Convenient upscale neighborhood.
Best Barry’s location, hardest but most motivating class I’ve taken yet. They don’t waste your time except moving between treadmill and floor. Facilities are nice and clean, and it’s not crowded like downtown.
I felt awesome after 1 hour full- body class at Barry's UES location last weekend. It was one of the most challenged fitness classes I ever had but it was also the one with most of fun! Already booked my next class! Plus, everyone who works there is very helpful, and of course very good looking too.
The staff and instructors are super friendly. Definitely my favorite studio that I've had the pleasure of enjoying in the city. The locker rooms are a little small but in my experience it's generally only ever an issue during the popular 6/710 classes.
The best workout
Phenomenal instructors, had a great workout at the crack of dawn!
Beautiful location with the best amenities in New York for a non premium location. Cheyenne at the front desk is always super friendly and lovely!!!!!
Went to the Spa at East 63rd location a few weeks ago. It was not my first time. Two or three previous times I have had a good experience with my facial, not so good with the massage. Last time around, I noticed that the esthetician who
Even though this location has a pool, I found it somewhat lacking. The area downstairs for cardio doesn't have machines that are linked to the internet; and I had trouble getting on the guest network. It does have a nice big locker room for
I’ve been going to Equinox for 13 years. I didn’t consider this location since it wasn’t nice at all before. But! Now this place is newly renovated. Nice and super clean.
Theis location is usually jam packed during the normal hours just a fair warning and if your not an early riser be prepared to have to wait for machines due to multiple trainers hogging the machines. The steam room at this location (mens)
I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Ripped Fitness. What a lovely and philanthropic organization. Ripped recently partnered with Integrity Square in making a charitable donation for fitness equipment for NYs Bravest,
Love Ripped! It’s an amazing workout and the instructors are super motivating. You get ripped!!! I feel so lucky to have this right around the corner from my apartment. It’s totally worth the $. I don’t go anywhere else.
I love this place...such a great workout and the instructors are amazing! Clean facility and prices aren’t bad. Hope they open a downtown location soon!!!
Really tough, effective workout. Instructors are top notch and really care about bringing out the best in the clients. Staff is super nice. Great quality all around.
I took this class for the first time last week and absolutely loved it. The instructor was incredibly motivating and kept us focused and pumped the entire time, nonstop, but encouraged everyone to go their own pace. The front desk was very
Totally worth the hype!
Large exercise space with assault bikes, ski ergs, weights, etc. double instructors to make sure you are doing things correctly. Demonstrations before each part of the workout. One thing missing is lack of showers (unlike their union square location).
I like most of the instructors and the concept is very good — definitely one of the more challenging workout classes in the city. But the classes are a bit cramped and there is no shower. Sometimes you have to pick groups, which feels a bit middle school gym class-esque to me.
I took Amanda and Denny's class on Saturday morning. It was great and they were so helpful and went out of their was to repeatedly check in on my and correct my form. Their energy was great and I'd definitely recommend their class!!
Kick ass and fun work out. They mix it up each time so you don’t get bored . Great instructors who motivates you and make sure you have the right forms so you don’t hurt yourself.
Pretty amazing! Clean studio, lovely staff, great workout. They have a strict policy with arriving 15 min before class. The class size is quite small at 4 spots. There are no showers at this studio, but they do have lockers and fresh
Its an awesome workout which lasts around 20 minutes with 10 minutes to prep. Its definitely worth a try & I promise you’ll feel the burn!
I am not usually a gym person. This is a good low impact workout. I am tired but energized after a half hr workout. I am beginning to feel the difference after 5 visits.
It's my ideal dream workout - maximize the workout and minimize the time. You really start to feel and see a difference a few sessions in. The instructors and music are always great. Keeps you motivated.
I took this class once with my class pass and I’m addicted. I absolutely love it. I’m on my 9th class and it’s part of my weekly workout routine. Can’t wait to see the results. The trainers are amazing. The space and the environment is welcoming. Love love love this workout.
This gym changed my life. Whether you are a gym rat or have NEVER stepped foot in a gym, this is the place for you. For a fraction of the price of most personal trainers in NYC, you get a profession, knowledgeable and friendly staff who
Awesome programs and Kevin and his staff are so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. Although it's called as semi-private, I don't see any difference from 1-on-1 sessions. Each member gets plenty of attention from the coach. Plus, you can watch others workout and possibly learn something.
Small gym with amazing classes. Coach Kevin is extraordinary, and his classes are demanding yet super fun.
Great staff, efficient workouts
Jolie's class was excellent. The workout makes you break a sweat and you will leave the studio feeling accomplished. The studio was clean, spacious and I would definitely visit again.
Clean facility but very tight space. Bad experience with the owner.
Extremely tight workout space, facilities need an update and a higher training standard. Unprofessional owner.
Thoughtful based training to meet your goals. Nice having everything you need for your health based in one spot. Definitely recommend.
Clean, Professional, Knowledgeable - 5 star - recommend!
I should start off by saying I hate exercise with a passion, and every time I've tried to do it consistently, I'll quit after a month. I've been coming to RF for nearly 2 years now and I think that says a lot for them!! It's a smaller
Thrive is the best place on the UES to train private clients. It’s quiet, not super busy and there are two floors of training space. Two thumbs up!!
