If you are looking for a human size / cozy studio with kind teachers and a fun playlist. look no further! This is a neighborhood gem. I love every classes I took. Lisa and Matt are my 2 favorites.

Live Well is the best gym in Tribeca, period. It's the perfect place for private individual instruction. The trainers are top notch and Darryl and Anne Marie are genuinely good people who are passionate about their business. I highly recommend a visit! Your body will thank you.
