ARNIE KATZ is my personal trainer and I love him and highly recommend him for all levels of fitness training. He is a genius. He knows at what level to push you and knows how to motivate you and keep the workouts productive.

I have belonged to many gyms in Manhattan. This is top notch. I only wish they would enforce their cellphone policy. I dont swim but I hear it is gfabulous

Regarding membership: As a walk-in at this location the receptionist introduced me to Ryan. He gave me a tour of the facility and guided me on a thorough walk through at each floor. We ended at his office and I signed up for a 1 year

Always friendly staff at the front especially Carmen. The gentleman in the morning and some other ladies that’s usually with Carmen are just as nice. Establishment is most of the time clean and some of the trainers are nice as well. I like the UES on 76th st very much.

Fun place for a young childs birthday party (3-7). The staff is friendly and engaged. The facilities are well maintained and safe. The kids have a blast and burn off a ton of that 'kid energy'. They play current music to get everyone in to the party mode.

We walked 8 blocks in torrential pouring rain (No cabs available) arrived at 6pm and it was closed, meant to be open til 7pm. Waste of time!
