This review is for HCC 10, the inpatient psychiatric facility in the NYU Langone Medical Center. I'd only been admitted to one other inpatient facility, myself, but this one outclassed it massively. Basically everyone there was content

Went for appointment for bright flashes of light in eye as a self pay patient. Didn't see Dr. As Check in clerk incredibly rude and condescending so cancelled appt and left. Was already concerned about negative reviews so decided this is not a place that I want working on my eyes.
Surprisingly subpar patient service. Neigher explanations nor apologies for losing patient's forms after my multiple attempts to clarify what exact went wrong. Not a professional experience expected at NYU Lqngone.
NYU Langone Eye Center, I had a hole in my eye, NYU performed surgery to fill my eye with gas. To recover I had to keep my head down 20 hrs of the day, for six weeks!! My hole was filled in five!! We all rejoiced. Surgery was well
I didnt have a good expeience at First Presybterian Hospital because they confused me then locked me in for 10 days. Horrific experience and terrible Hospitality. - Albert Egbuchulam
