Got three keys copied in 2 minutes for less than 10 dollars! I went to the store around 7:05 thinking that it closes at 8PM instead of 7PM. The owner extended the shop hours for me, since he said the key I was copying doesn’t take too long. Very nice! Would recommend and definitely go back!

Quite literally the smallest hardware store ever they don't even have the most basic construction supplies one would need. Furthermore if by some miracle they actually have what you need it'll be a small container and you'd be forced to buy multiple one. Guess that's how they make profits. Complete rip-off.

Absolute rip off. $9 for a basic key. Go to a hardware store and pay $3 tops. Their tap to pay doesnt work. And they dont accept cash. They also try to collect your email and fingerprint. This is obscene. [EDIT] The duplicated key was not produced with the same keyway. It physically doesn't fit in the lock.

Had to get a copy for a key that was deemed as "uncommon", so they scanned the key and will be shipping copies to me in a few days. It was really quick and straight forward!

I called them up and they gave me a simple and very reasonable quote to change all of the locks in our new home. Matthew came to our place in a few minutes and he did the work as promised. He was even able o fix one of the hinges on the door as it was not closing properly. Thank you again for the wonderful work!

Easy place to get keys made and reasonable prices. There are always many staff on hand and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. A no-nonsense hardware store is hard to come by, especially in FiDi, glad that these guys are around!
