They have two new/ newer younger employees working there. They asked me for information I didn’t have and were flippant about it. I called the insurance company and they said the information they wanted is not something that we, as members,
Horible place not helpful and the people in the front are clueless and the people the are in the back are nasty and have no people skills.
The owner of this store is of Indian decent, and unfortunately fits the stereotype of an unfriendly Indian storekeeper, not at all interested in the well-being of his customers.
Friendly staff... Great product selection!
Friendly and efficient neighborhood Pharmacy. I like it as a welcome alternative to the (too many) big box stores in the area.
Amazingly knowledgeable compounding pharmacy. A rare jem and a legacy of the way pharmacies used to / should be run.
ivan the pharmacist refused to fill my prescription because he said he wouldn't make enough money on it. I have never patronized him since plus I think this must be unethical our maybe illegal.
Ivan is a fabulous pharmacist who will take as much time as you need to review medicines or help you find what products you need.
My wife had to wait here for 45 minutes for her prescription after she called more than 2 hours before to ensure it would be ready. Pretty pathetic customer service, and not so much as a sorry from the team there. If there were any other
I really wanted to like Apthorp pharmacy because I dislike the impersonal giants like CVS. However Apthorp service is mixed at best and doesn’t care about my business (read on).
Sweet little pharmacy... great service!
The Pharmacist and his staff are gracious and helpful. They go the extra mile to ensure that you have the best service around. If you are someone who values discretion as well as being treated with respect, Health Mart (79th Street
Park West has been very help to me w/ mail delivery and working with my doctor. No pharmacy is perfect but IMO if you take a lot of meds and have special needs you are better off with an independent non-chain pharmacy because they survive based on service to long-time customers. Kenny and the Staff have been very helpful.
I find it funny that there a few 1 stars littered in with all the 5 stars that mention this horrific service. My medication is very important for me to take regularly and the staff from Park West have bent over backwards to make sure I
Greatest pharmacy around. I too travel out of my way to patronize this pharmacy -- great prices, great service on prescriptions, friendly staff. So much better than chain stores.
I recently discovered this boutique pharmacy on the UWS and was super impressed! The staff, especially Meryl, are sweet, helpful, super knowledgeable, and treat you like a real human being (unlike some of the other big box pharmacies in the
This is my new favorite drug store. Small private business, great stock, wonderful service. So happy to support with consumer dollars!
Everyone at this small pharmacy is wonderful. We are so fortunate to have a business like this in our neighborhood.
First time in this pharmacy for prescriptions. Straightforward service and efficient teamwork from the staff
Very clean store. Friendly and helpful staff.
Greattt pharmacy! Awesome customer service , very professional and helpful ! Will definitely put them down as my first option ! =)
Picking up meds is always a hassle. It takes so long and then they don’t have one of your drugs. Very frustrating.
Open 24 hours, has everything you'll need - a bit pricey.
Great discounts if you're a rewards member, but the pharmacy here is useless. Any time I've tried to fill a prescription here, something has gone wrong. There are way better places in the neighborhood to get prescriptions filled.
Pharmacy is awful. Was on hold for 25 minutes, called back three times and was on hold for 10 min each time. When I finally got a hold of the pharmacist, she told me that she found out last week she needed my Dr.’s approval again but she never called me to let me know! I’ll be without my perscription now for over a week.
Slowest service ever! How can the lines at the Trader Joe's downstairs be faster than this!
Way too expensive and out of stock. But a good location and service is decent.
Most amazing pharmacy service in all of NYC! Personable, fast, helpful, and they deliver. They’ve been a bright spot of small hometown personalized care in this big city.
Excellent. I've been trying to find a specific post-surgical item all over town and Chateau not only has what I needed, but the service is extremely personal and helpful. There is no comparison with the service at Chateau versus the ubiquitous Duane Reade, CVS, Rite Aid etc.
Great service and good people
Very accommodation. Super nice staff and service
I went back to return a wall plug. First he inspects the plug for any damages. Then he inspects the receipt. Then he goes to consult his partner. Finally he comes to the register. He is stymied because the receipt is a week old. He tells me
I love a small business with great service and Westside Pharmacy is one of those places. It is an independently owned pharmacy and everyone is super nice, they know everything about any prescription I bring in, their prices are so much
