Retro Fitness at One NY Plaza is an absolutely wonderful place to train and exercise. The facility is spacious and spotlessly clean.

The morning desk staff is great. There is a woman who works the desk on weekdays who says good morning as she hands you a towel. She has professional and if my review was based on her alone, I’d give the place 5 stars.

Good place to train when it's empty or moderately full..... being that the weights are in the basement, it gives this location a gritty feel. Star Trak equipment takes a little getting used to, but after the learning curve, it's actually good equipment
