I have been going to Gary for haircuts or coloring for almost 10 years. He is easy going to work with, understand what I need and is super fast. Also the price V one Salon charges compares to other prices in Manhattan is totally worth the trip to Chinatown. It is a cash only place.

Best hair cut for me in Manhattan, very affordable price and great service.
I've been going here for 10 years now. Prices are cheap and quality is great. For women's long hair, it's about $12-15 dollars. Remember to tip! I've never had a bad experience and they've always been really nice and professional. I would bring a picture, since there's a language barrier.
Very reasonable prices amazing hair cuts and the best blow dry in the city. It is worth the ride to china town I love this place
30 for a top stylist who's been at it 40 plus years. Clean well managed. Unfortunate parking is a challenge.

Anyone that does not speak cantonese PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS SALON EVER! During the haircut I heard the barber speaking in cantonese forcing the cashier to charge me more when the cashier already told me the price before the haircut. They didn't know I speak cantonese, I'm glad.

After reading other Yelpers' reviews on Cindy, I decided to try out Cindy for eyelash perm. It was only $25 and I mean how bad could it be really? I got inside the Salon and wondered where the station would be because I haven't seen a bed
Needed a quick hair cut and they did the job. It was quick, friendly and cheap at $5 - and I added a $2 tip. The place is in a basement but it's clean and bright. I also used the bathroom there and it was very clean and nice.
