It's ridiculous trying to schedule an appointment in the first place. He's competent enough but seems disconnected from patients. You will be charged bogus fees if you are an established patient. $200+ for a simple follow up simply because you've seen him before and he can charge you.

Just got the answer phone when trying to schedule an appointment. The message stated that I was calling outside business hours which are until 5pm on weekdays. I called just minutes ago and it was 4:50pm when I called.
