Beautiful space, delicious Brazilian food and friendly customer service
Great late night Mexican fix! The staff was extremely accommodating and didn’t mind that we were a large group. The nachos were crunchy and delicious. Would go there again
Probably the best Mexican food in the Castro. More upscale than a taqueria, with great variety and quality. Margarita pitchers available. Seating space is a bit limited.
So delicious is absolutely fact. Flavorful and clean. Friendly service and just good food!!
Mexican food and the atmosphere here is very good. Everyone at our table was glad to be there. There was fast, efficient, and courteous service. It has a great atmosphere.
Great for chips and salsa, or dessert. The chips are fresh, salsa fresh. The food wasn't the greatest. Ordered enchiladas- bad and ordered banuelos- bad the margaritas are great!!! Try the nachos...maybe they are better.
The burger was great. Cooked just the way I like it (medium well), very juicy, great bun, very filling. The garlic fries were really tasty too. Prices are good and fair. Plenty of seating indoors as well as some outside. Service was very fast, highly recommended for a quick bite.
Delicious juicy burgers with particularly fantastic buns. We chose the daily special with melted blue cheese and portabella mushrooms. Good fries, good price, and serve yourself free pickles.
I love this spot! They serve high quality food, they have a rich menu, The chef in that spot is very trained, I like a lot eating all their food. The dishes are consistently good, the attitude towards the guests is agreeable. I often go to this place and I was never unhappy. I recommend it to all.
The burgers are delicious. The meat is well seasoned, vegetables are fresh and the bun is soft, to my liking. The fries are aight, but they have amazing fresh pickles and a nice soft cream ice cream. Also, they have fast service and a nice
My friend took me to Super Duper Burgers and boy, what a pleasant surprise!, a wonderful honest to goodness made fresh and deliciously tasty burger. The garlic fries were very good too. I didn't wait much in line and the food came fast enough. The decor is minimum and casual, and I like it. Overall an enjoyable experience.
Good food and good customer service. They don't offer any salad, papad or chutni with food. Restroom are horrible condition. Overall okay experience. No parking.
We enjoy hanging out. Yesterday we arrived in this magnificent place which we didn’t know before. We spent a beautiful evening there with fine cooking and a well-trained team and a distinguished chef. We put this place in our list and we shall certainly go again soon. We warmly recommend.
The food was amazing and way more than we could eat. The staff was so friendly and accommodating.
Awesome food and very friendly staff. Most recommend for everyone.
I am in love with the chicken tikka Mucilage, and the service is super good, it's very cheap and delicious. The buffet is open in the afternoon and the night you order from the menu. Thanks FAIN. He is the person who served me
Great little place for dinner in SF. It gets pretty packed for dinner so reservations in advance are a must. We tried a variety of things recommended by our waiter and we were not disappointed. The butterfish and steak were amazing. If you like to try a lot of different dishes, come in a small group of 3-4 so you can shore more items.
Surprisingly easy to get a reservation. Food was outstanding—every plate was delicious with great portion sizes. Great value for the money and the service is just as good. Excellent place to go for a nice dinner. Can't beat the location!
Great service, small.menu, but high quality dishes. Mostly California cuisine. The hush puppies are excellent!
Reservations are difficult to get but they use opentable so you can easily see what’s available. Food was phenomenal. They had a $65 tasting menu that was a great deal (see pics). They’re lumberjack (dates) cake is famous (7x7’s 100 Things to Try Before You Die). Definitely will be back.
We did the chef's tasting menu & were impressed with every course. The waitstaff was wonderful and the kitchen team obviously very skilled and creative. Easily one our favorite dining experiences of our 5 days in the city.
It was good, but I had slightly higher expectations. I ordered the lobster roll sandwiches, which is what the waitress recommend. The roll was warm, but the lobster filling was cold so it made it a strange contrast. I think I would have rather had it all slightly warmer. It's also kinda expensive.
Amazing seafood!! Literally everything on the menu is delicious. Highly recommended👍👍
This place is the one I like best. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very chummy and the cuisine they serve is so flavorful. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent meal here. Highly recommended.
Ultra Delicious Seafood and Excellent Customer Service is the ultimate combination you’ll get here at Woodhouse Fish!! Clam chowder is a must. So creamy delicious YUM!!!
Very good food. Nice little place with professional staff. Good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.
Came here because a friend raves about the best pasta in the city being from here. It did not disappoint! It seemed like everything we ordered came with bacon (pasta, pizza, Brussels sprouts too I think!) it was all good. Can’t be sad with extra bacon, in my opinion.
Came on a Sunday night, was easy to reserve online, didn't seem like there was a wait, really well priced and incredibly delicious. Highly recommend the Patê and the Grilled Steak; both were amazing and would def go back for more. Also had
Great service, food came quickly. Definitely try the chicken pate appetizer with grilled buttered bread. Also worth the trip is the fried chicken. Mushroom pizza was good but seemed to be lacking in herbs and salt. Overall a great place with reasonable portions.
This place is fantastic.I am from Sydney, Australia and each time I have been to San Francisco I make a visit to Starbelly and have never been disappointed.
In 2020, there's no shortage of Brunch spots in any major city, and SF is no exception. On my latest trip to SF, I happened to stop by Starbelly with a friend as a Brunch part 2 for my Saturday morning. We made a reservation and it was
Totally amazing! Great prices and the service was outstanding. Had the benny, and it was definitely one of the best.
Just pure heaven, Thank you. Obove my expectation. Would love something like this in New Zealand.
I've only been here for drinks, but Republic had a pretty good beer selection. The food looked awesome, though we didn't have any as we were passing time until our reservation next door. The staff were nice and, after asking us what we

Great food, super nice and friendly. Very competent staff. Bit on the expensive side though.
Great food, great service, great prices!
A really great Spanish tapas restaurant. Good variaty of food and drinks, right next to the Castro. One of my top rated restaurants in San Francisco.
Okay, the bud and I were the first to arrive at opening. We may have even been a bit HH eager and were the first to arrive on the Friday after work, before Pride. We chose the spot bc the HH looked good, not realizing it was in the Castro
Nice tapas. Kind of pricey but tastey. Flight of wine is a great deal. Service was slow.
Love the menu offerings! Tasty authentic foods of Spain and well drinks! Great for groups of friends that are foodie or love sharing plates.
Seriously, it was so good. Due to social distancing, I tried Me & Tasty with Ubereats. The food was amazing, packing was amazing. Portion was amazing, taste was so nice. Visual presentation, which I did not expect with packed delivered
Very tasty food! Charming place, great atmosphere. Very friendly owner. We had the pad thai and pork belly bowl. Upstairs is adorable but only open in the evenings for use.
Everything from the drinks to the salads to the curries to the tacos were so spot on delicious. And the presentation was so pretty. Cosy place. We loved it.
Everything tasted great & the service was fast. The yogurt that comes with the combo plates is amazingly delicious! They were very generous with the amount of seafood in both the shrimp and crab omelettes. The guava mimosas were delicious, too! & the prices were very reasonable, considering it's SF... We'll definitely be back :)
This place is in an unassuming location off the main Castro thoroughfare so when my family and I ambled in here on a Fri night we had no expectations. But boy were we blown away! Every single dish and drink we tried was absolutely delicious
Blind Butcher turned out to be a nice little neighborhood wine bar. We stopped in for a respite during The Castro Street Fair, and I guess they're not usually open during daytime hours. Staff were knowledgable and welcoming.
Lobster, truffle mac & cheese is on point. I also had couple bites of ribeye and lamb. Food here is very good, highly recommend.
was a newly owned restaurant when I visited. good food and great service. our server was really attentive and nice. shockingly affordable. looking forward to eating there again.
Very delicious burrata smoked prosciutto arugula. Lobster mac and cheese was a bit rich. Wagyu burger was made to order. Beet salad also yummy.
A long awaited oasis. Excellent food, wine list, comfortable decor. the most sophisticated place in the Castro without going completely exclusive.
Tremendously enjoyed my lunch at Flore today. Excellent service, wonderfully delicious flank steak salad and crabmeat with sundried tomato mac 'n cheese. Ambience was perfect too. I love how the glass walls just bring in the natural light
Incredible service and gorgeous patio, the steak panini is phenomenal. Julian is extremely fun and friendly, made my day. I almost went to a cafe across the street and so glad I didn't.
Nice restaurant near Castro Street, with a nice Patio full of flowers. You can eat in a beautiful atmosphere surrounded by flowers and soon you'll forgive that you're in the middel of the city! Price was a little too high for the size of servings, but the quality was good.
Really a cool place. Staff very friendly. Oz is a great guy. We had good time.
Place: it's very appealing, creative and cozy. But somehow limited space.People: Very accommodating. Will always ask you what you need.Price: Affordable.
Cozy and affordable restaurant! I was so lucky to have an opportunity to visit your place last Sunday evening. I was so happy and satisfied with your dishes. The place was so good for those people who don't like salty foods. I couldn't ask for more from you, guys! You must be at the top! Very highly recommended!
Great place for an authentic traditional french cuisine without sitting for hours. Friendly, attentive and french speaking stuff in a cozy and romantic space. Good wine selection to ensure you an enjoyable dinning experience.
We enjoy eating out. Last night we found this fine restaurant which we didn’t know before. We passed a lovely experience there with superb meal and a professional stuff and a professional chef. We added this venue in our phone list and we shall surely come back soon. Highly recommended.

Just back from my US visit. Had to post this review as our group had enjoyed some authentic, “modern” Indian Food at Bhoga. We were at UCSF and our local friends suggested this. So we thought let’s give it a try. And glad we did. We all
Awesome new place to checkout in Castro. Quality ingredients, beautiful presentation and nice ambience. Beer is good too. Nice to have an option like this in castro. Very unique dishes. Not your average Indian restaurant.
We came here for our anniversary. Love the ambience and music, although the high chair tables and bench are not particularly comfy. Overall good food and good presentation of the dishes, but not something I'd crave a lot. Food offerings
Bhoga was really good. We had the idli and the biryani as well as the chutneys. They were amazing and tasty. The food was definitely spicy so if you like spicy food you will really enjoy it.
Absolutely love this place! From the breakfast dishes to the burgers, everything taste amazing and made fresh. The staff is nice and the place clean. Get really loud and crowded during the weekend though, I'll advise to go during the weekdays for a calmer experience.
I spontaneously stopped by for Sunday brunch and there was a line waiting to get in. While I thought I might have to wait a long time, the hostess and rest of the staff, did a good job working the line and getting people in efficiently. The
You can easily wait 15 mins or you can wait an hour. Food was worth the wait. Started off with a Bloody Mary, the downside is they puts chucks of I think celery in the mix. Wasn’t a fan but the flavor was good. Mile High Bacon flight was
So when we got here there was a line but it went decently fast. I got the bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The service was great through and through. When there was small issues with the sides they replaced them quickly and made sure that we were happy. It was a great experience.

Visited May 26th (Sunday before Memorial day)Super busy during brunch time!
Most dishes were just okay taste-wise. Don't feel waiting in line was justified for that.. Atmosphere & food presentation are nice, though.
The wait for brunch is a little bit long but we were not disappointed at all. The presentation is great. Loved all the wooden spoons decorations.
If you like classic yet flavorful breakfast, I recommend stopping in. My wife and I had their classic Benedict along with their french toast and were blown away. We're from New Orleans, where brunch/breakfast is abundant and this place knocked it out the park. Service was great too! Will be back next time we're in town.
I have come here many times over the years and celebrated many an occasion. Dare I say it’s one of my favorite places to eat sushi in the US? For sure - I love everything about this place. Get the Uni :)
No reservations. Waited 25 minutes at 8pm on a Saturday for a group of 3. Fresh fish, nicely prepared rice, and crisp seaweed. They ran out of a few key fish (including unagi), which out a damper on some of the nigiri and rolls we wanted to
For me, the best of the best sushi. Very small and cozy place, probably you won't find it if you are not looking for it, but you should be looking for it and others are :P
This was the closest I’ve come to an authentic sushi experience in the United States. It’s intimate with impeccable service and a diverse menu. Nestled below a comic book store within a pedestrian mall, it felt right out of Tokyo. The edamame was perfectly seasoned, and our rolls were served very promptly. Definitely stop by!
sushi and the atmosphere here is very good. Prices were good for how much you get. Food and atmosphere reminds me of Kansas City.
Really incredible seafood and ambience here. Can't wait to go back. House white wine + half 🦀 + ciappino made for an epic 2-person dinner. Bowl of
The best little seafood place on Castro Street there's nothing else in the city to compare unless you go down to the wharf thank you very much
One of our favorites. Always wonderful service. Simple menu packed full of flavors and variety. Sign up on three board outside and be ready to be delighted ❤
I'm still drooling!!! It was over an hour wait, but well worth it. A great meal, a bit pricey, but hey we were celebrating our 5th anniversary, on vacation from NC, and this is a top notch small restaurant in a big city. Everything we tried and I'm sure everything on the menu, is superb. Cant go wrong with this place.
Since 1977, diners have been coming to this nautical-themed eatery for fresh fish & shellfish.
