What can I say other than we are huge fans of Korean bbq. Jang Soo is very popular especially for large parties. I know I’d been before but couldn’t remember what I thought about so we returned again. We knew what we wanted and didn’t cook
Wow ~ This place is simply amazing! The waitstaff is so helpful and friendly. Best Korean dishes we've had in a long time and will definitely be back 😛😍
Came here for brunch on my first day in San Francisco and was not disappointed! I was warmly welcomed in, and was quickly given a menu and something to drink. The food was absolutely delicious! Came here for dinner on a weekend after visiting the Legion of Honor - lovely ambience with beautiful blue wallpaper and decorations! Staff were very friendly.
Excellent! Everything was just excellent! If you’re going to put your own spin on something like shrimp & grits you’d better bring it, and Cassava absolutely does. Casual, fresh flavors, flawless service... we’ll be back. Highly recommend!
Good experience overall. They get busy so expect a wait. Food was solid and they had a good variety for lunch. The prices are average and everything came out in a reasonable time! Parking in that neighborhood can be tough.
Food was great , as was the service. We both had the summer sample. Only minor complaint, and it's personal taste, is the pasta that went with the steak was a bit overpowering compared to the delicate flavor of the rare done steak.
Small place with big flavors. Each order is personal size and is filling. We had the mozzarella basil Italian sausage pizza and the squash pizza. Both were terrific. I loved the drizzle of olive oil over the pizza. Really added extra
This place is a gem. Had a great IPA, tried 2 pizzas, had their salad special and finished with a piece of the flourless chocolate cake. We road bikes here and stopped in late afternoon.
Delicious pizzas at this cute neighborhood spot. Small space and can get busy but worth the wait. A couple of sidewalk tables as well.
I visited SF for the first time and my friend (local) insisted that I must try this pizza place. We came there early and already there was a line with many people patiently waiting (no one minds waiting for this pizza...its that good). It
The food is exceptionally tasty and the people running the place could not be nicer. The pizzas change every two weeks. Have a hard time imagining any one will ever be as good as the one I had.
Here for the first time with a friend. He recommended the BBQ beef. I got mine with brown rice. Delicious. Price was more than what I expected from a Vietnamese restaurant. Not bad though.
What a treat!! The Pho was amazing from start to the last sip of tea. My dish was full of flavor and perfectly cooked using fresh ingredients. The coffee was also quite the treat!
Pho thai is bomb! Clean restaurant, not a long wait when compared to other places. Service is good. Located in safe neighborhood
This place surprised me how good their crab noodle soup is. Will definitely go back!
Had a great Pho here. They have a lot of options! Service was quick and good variety of sauces/spices to pick from.
Fantastic, old school pizza place with an old world theme and setting. The food is truly delicious and exceptional. The service dining in can be amazing but also can be a delayed if it gets busy. We came in here once during an especially
WOW! A tasty treat after tripping around the city for the day. I had the baked lasagna and it was a cheesy platter of love! Anastasia was our server and she had her hands full with a packed house. She did a fantastic job! Yummmmm! Worth the wait. Next time I am trying some pizza for sure.
You need to know that the Marcello's U.O. Pizza Al Dente is truly phenomenal and unforgettable; once you've tried it you are hooked forever. It has pesto, sausage and artichokes and is utterly incredible. You'll find all sorts of pizza
I am a big fan. I come here 3 or 4 times a year when in town for over ten years. It is a real family success and I love the food. I saw a review for one star from some wolfy dude and that was out of line. He was probably the rude one. He
This is definitely not in an area you would be in unless you are looking for great Italian food with amazing mozzarella sticks. This place rocks! I came here because I am always on the search for mozzarella sticks and this place did not
Great food in a quiet place and fast service!
Delicious at every visit. Casual enough to feel at home but the high quality of the food makes each dish hearty and filling! Lovely staff!
Tried this spot before with a friend and I am addicted since then. I enjoyed the good ambience and flavorful dishes and beverages. Keep up the good work.
Our go-to diner in SF. I always get their Breakfast Burrito and my son orders the Fried Chicken Sandwich. For the 3rd dish we like to experiment with new dishes: Philly Cheese steak, Impossible Burger... all great choices!
Always solid. When I moved to the Richmond district of San Francisco a year and a half ago, one of the things that made me want to stay was eating at Americana! I'm a vegetarian and they not only have plenty on the menu to chose from, but
LOVE Hard Knox and when I found out there was one right down the street from my house, I couldn't get down there fast enough.
Wow. I was very surprised with this food. I sat in the car and looked at the restaurant thinking there's no way this food is going to be good. But I was wrong. The food is delicious!!!!! My sides were a little cold but still they were
I rarely leave reviews, but the Hard Knox Cafe earned it.Came here with some friends, we were seated immediately, drinks came quickly,
Hard Knox Soul Food is authentic and amaizing. The place is on a busy and popular food row in the Russian district. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff is super friendly and knows their good bites. The atmosphere is
This. Place. Was awesome. We got the blackened catfish and fried chicken entrees with beans and rice, collared greens, Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes.
Best Korean BBQ in San Francisco, without a doubt. Why? They're friendly but the food, just wow. Plus the pricing is very reasonable and affordable. Dinner B, sit back and relax...and eat your face off! Haha
Food is absolutely amazing! Everything we got was extremely cooked and marinated. The seasoning and flavors are incredible! We got the bibimbap, the steamed egg, the marinated beef short rib and a seasonal cold noodles. Highly recommend!
There's a bit of wait for a table here so don't come here if you're starving and it's 6pm. Also it's only street parking here and very limited so if you come with a group have some put your name on the list as you go off looking for
From the moment you step in this place the stuff gives you an agreeable feeling. Very warm stuff, it is a kind restaurant to pass time with friends or with your date. enjoyable food, talented chief cook and stuff, competitive cost and nice service. Highly recommended.
I go there for their lunch menu. They have a lot of food for very low cost at lunch. Although you see the occasional tour bus drop-off loads up passengers here, this is no tourist trap. Local neighbor eat here all the time. I have been
Ambiance was crisp and standard like a mid/high range food hall. Service was standard. Reception was sub standard. Food was fine, but not great enough to justify the price or to go back. Had a reservation set up for a future date, and I
Great pizza, great service. The owner is a great, nice guy. Water is on the house. Most important of all - amazing pizza!
Really good place. Came here on a weekday for dinner and got seated at the bar immediately. I started with the chicken liver crostini’s which were good. For my main course I got the margarita pizza which was delicious. I got the chocolate budino for dessert which was also good. Highly recommend.
Two words: salt bomb!If you read nothing else: I advise you to visit well-esteemed Italian SF
A good experience every time I go. The food is excellent and the kitchen rocks all night long! Thanks for giving us locals a place to go for good pasta and a pleasant atmosphere. I give a shout out to the bartender Lessa for always showing
Great ambiance, and great signature cocktails! We'll come back for the full dinner experience
Best burger in town! The fries are crispy and tasty!
They have a great list of cocktails here they go well with their new brunch menu! Get the breakfast egg sandwich. If you’re there for lunch, I like their seafood platter and the wings!
Fabulous craft cocktails..burger cooked to our exact specs!
They've succeeded in making a hip bar/restaurant in the Outer Richmond, but the service is lacking, the food is overpriced, and it's really cramped.
My favorite local ramen spot. ♥️
The place serves big dishes and for convenient prices. helpful employees. Kudos.
The one and only restaurat that I missed in SF.
Good Japanese alternative on Balboa in the Outer Richmond. Lots of bento, sushi and ramen choices and nice atmosphere.
Great ramen in a tiny little place. The noodles were chewy, and they had a variety of broths available. The soft-boiled egg was perfect, too.
Great curry chicken and veggies with rice.
Favourite place for a quick bite on the go or dinner after those long work days where you don't feel like cooking. Can't beat the price (California rolls for $2.95!!!). Friendly service, place is clean. Absolutely love it!
Simply the best sushi rolls.
This is a family own business which I love. The man who works here is very welcoming and sweet. I love the vietnamese sandwiches there and always get it when I go in. The ice cream is also very good. $3.50-$3.75 is a great price for a sandwich
Great service and great food, especially for the price. Food for two people till we were stuffed came out to about $30.
Mexican food and the setting at this location is great. Great location to chill, eat some good food. The staff was very welcoming and observant. Prices were good for how much you get.
Best Tequilas in the business. Eat at Bar before 7. Bartenders so nice.. Great chips and salsa
We had a nice dinner here at Tommy's. We got a couple of their apparently famous margaritas, which were very nice, and they brought out chips and salsa to start. Both salsas were tasty but so spicy! We ordered the Tecatecan tamales and the
They have takeout down! My food was ready on time and still warm and delicious when I got home. Oh, and the Margaritas were as good as ever!
Great drinks, great food, wonderful hospitality. Julio makes one hell of a margarita.
Great tasting authentic Shanghai food. I recommend the Lion Head Meatball (Pork Meatball) and the Braised Pork (Pork
Pretty authentic Shanghai style of food. Portions are slightly on the smaller side. Good service.
Great food, great service and great price! We ordered the sweet buns, the chicken legs, a meatball and the spicy noodles. Everything was good and to my taste except the spicy noodle soup. I thought it was going to be prepared Taiwanese
Good food. Super nice service. We got their classic dishes. The Lin head meatball, the delicious pork, the vegetable rice with salted meat, eggplant with pork and the wonton soup to balance things out. Was great combination of dishes, service was very efficient. Go. There. Now
We went for dinner on a recent Friday night. A very small restaurant with seating for approximately 8 tables of four people, but worth the wait -- or if you can get there early or late because the crowds seem to die down quickly as the
Pretty good, but honestly not mind blowing in the scheme of San Francisco dim sum. I remember the service being really good and all the food being pretty great. No complaints ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Delicious! My first experience with Dim Sum and I loved the experience. Slightly disappointed that the nice people coming around could not understand what we were saying and we did not get everything we wanted. What we did get was gray
Authentic quality fresh Chinese cuisine. Diverse and delicious Dim Sum menu. Gracious servers.
This was possibly the best dim sum I have ever had in America. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and nothing was greasy or oily, which was very nice! I would 11/10 come here again, staff was friendly, food was amazing. I’d
We dined at Ton Kiang yesterday for ate lunch. We always try to come when we are in The City as it is one of our fave spots to eat. We frequented it when we lived here.
The food was very good BUT the place is EXTREMELY RUN DOWN. My elderly mother used the bathroom and the toilet toppled over! I felt very guilty that I had used it first and noticed it was lose and didn't think to warn her. Regardless, the condition the bathroom is in is UNACCEPTABLE.
Really fast service. Food was really tasty. However they only accept visa or cash. So don’t bring your master card or discover card.
Fantastic. Decor is straight from the 70s so most people get takeaway. The restaurant seats about 20 max. We came after walking Land’s End. The argh Rolls and giant pot stickers were a great way to start the meal. We followed up with
I stay right down the street from here this place is super good and it’s affordable. Serving sizes are big so I’ll spend like 16-17$ after tip on rice and a meal , I’ll have dinner plus food to take to work the next day. I don’t know the
First night in San Francisco was a success because of this friendly and affordable Chinese treasure trove. The dishes we ordered were all fantastic and my rabid family scarfed them all four dishes down whithin minutes. Each one was executed
Terribly slow and unfriendly service. My lamb chops, which should have been medium rare, were overcooked. Mashed potatoes had lumps, really unpleasant ones. Schnitzel was served partially burnt as well and without the ever-so-needed
The food was amazing. The service impeccable. I love this place!
Absolutely love today’s experience! Food was excellent, service was awesome, atmosphere is lovely & comfortable. Best! Will be back 😉
The beef stroganoff was really good but we didn't love the beef goulash. The zucchini pancake with salmon was also really good!
Food was good and not too strong, I feel like I can take my American friends here. Some dishes/drinks are not on the menu (e.g. kvass). Wish the sampler tray came with some bread slices
I went here with my boyfriend on our year, and we had such a great time. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming. Very cozy 70s vibe. Definitely recommend for romantic dinner.
Really great customer service here. Complimentary white wine while you wait for your table. Fresh seafood served old fashioned way. Definitely a favored local restaurant.
The food was delicious. The people working there are very nice. We were offered free complimentary alcohol while we were waiting to be seated. After our meal, I mentioned we were too full for desserts, and we were provided with a sorbet ice cream free of charge, and I thought that was an incredibly kind gesture.
This might very well me favorite neighborhood restaurant of all time. We moved to the Richmond back in November, but even back then I knew this is one place I really wanted to try. I’m a huge seafood fan and I love local spots. This is one
Best seafood place of the city! Catch of the day. Specials are great. Complimentary wine while you wait. Really nice staff
