Outstanding service and amazing food. Delicious cocktails. Friends had Pisco drinks and me tequila. The chopped salad I would go back just for that. Lomo, the chicken and beyond
Excellent drinks and food. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a place in the dogpatch.
Wow. Six people walked by, looked us in the eye without acknowledging us at the door. When we finally got seated, the same people walked around, looked at each table
Just ate lunch there. What a fun little spot, the back patio was perfect spot this warm afternoon. Personally I enjoyed the chicken wings and both of the rolls. Yum.
Dahi Wada - dal fritter with tamarind and yoghurt is insanely delicious. After we finished the fritter I literally asked for another roti to dip the remaining sauce.
It's like you are transfer to a nice quiet, safe part of town. Parked out front like the VIP. Inside is casual. Service was wonderful, lots of attention. I was too lazy to figure out what to order, so did "cook for me." $50 per person
Not at all like I remember it . In fact I didn't even recognize the place. The Ramp I remember had authentic old world rustic charm... un-even wide plank wood floors, a dart board and a real friendly bunch of regulars who would insist on buying you a drink.
Love their drink specials. Bartenders super nice. Spent a week at UCSF and this was a very nice break for the parental unit.
Not really a sports fan, but went here with my parents to watch the semi-finals for the Packers vs the 49ers. This was the third sports bar that we attempted after the first two were so loud that it hurt to be inside. The beer list was
Great neighborhood bar. Food is always excellent. Beer list usually includes some east coast brews so I like that when I'm missing my roots. Service is spot on even when they're busy.
Thee Parkside is true to itself. One of if not the best punk rock venues in San Francisco. It is proud to be a dirty dive bar. The staff is helpful and good at their job. Trivia night once a month is a lot of fun. If you haven't seen a
Almost don't want to write this review because I don't want it to get overcrowded but my better conscience wins.
Open only on weekdays, this is a reassuringly old-fashioned lunch joint. The portion sizes are large and the prices are reasonable. You wouldn't expect the quality of the food at a place like this to win awards, and it doesn't, but I've
Great service by their staff! My friends had a surprise birthday celebration there for me. The waitress herself volunteered to help us cut the cake and give us plates and forks. Wonderful service! Their burgers and sandwiches too are really good. Highly recommend this place.
Pizza is average and the employees always have an excuse about why they screwed up but are never sorry. Have given them multiple 2nd chances out of convenience and always regret it.
This place was a neighborhood favorite but the prices have gotten high. $43+ tonight for one pizza, take out, before tip. There's still value here for a lunchtime slice assuming that price hasn't gone up, too.
Food great. Had take out. Comes with a serving of grumpy. Don't get it. Been before. Same grumpy. generous portions . Good value especially if you like grumpy.
Super amazing food. Large portions, warm service! Love the intimate atmosphere. Don't forget to order the crepes!!
Very fresh, tasty, heart warming food, with full attendance to prove it. Service friendly but sometimes needs a nudge if swarmed
Delicious open sandwiches and salads. Friendly service. Great for breakfast too. A real treat.
The sushi was amazing and the service was very good. We ordered six rolls. Our favorite by far was the spider roll. The way they seasoned the soft shelled crab set this roll on top. We will definitely be back next time ordering two of the spider rolls! The price was about average for sushi by the roll.
Amazing food and exceptionally good service. My server happily recommended different options based on my preferences and found me the perfect sushi - DJ Roll. I'll definitely be back!
Fantastic empañadas - take a dozen home and stick them in the freezer!
I wish this was open more often; the empanadas are amazing
Great food with some awesome drinks too.
Maybe if you're into "healthy" brunch but everything was lacking in flavor. We ordered shrimp n grits, tlayuda, and fried chicken sandwich.
New year's day, 9:00pm, starving celiac...and this place had the most AMAZING gluten free Mac and cheese selection. I will be back and will be recommending it to all my friends! The staff were super friendly and incredibly quick. YUM!!!!
The food was delicious, very good value for money and the service was excellent! Tip; if you want to dine in, get in early as it's pretty tiny and they don't take reservations.
Authentic and good stuff. The food was top quality, and the service was great as well. The people we worked with were kind, and they helped us make a good selection. I'm really picky about food, and they satisfied my taste buds so overall I can say that this place is worth a visit.
Just sat down. First time eating here for lunch. Very happy with the space so far! The staff is very polite and welcoming. I’ll update about the food. . . Okay, Food update: it’s fantastic! Very tasty bites. I got a Shrimp platter that was
Food was very good but pricey for the quantity. The olives were the best ones I've ever had. We got the octopus and the beef short rib. The octopus was prepared perfectly, and the short rib was exceptional. Everything was plated
Delicious dinner and great service. The portion is small for its price. Have a great selection of wine but the one we wanted again only had 1 bottle left. We came on a weekday around 5:30 and it’s relatively empty, by 6pm it’s full and people started waiting in line. Best if you make a reservation.
We enjoy eating out. Last night we came to this fine place which friends recommended to us. We spent a lovely evening there with very good food and a well-trained team and a distinguished cook. We added this restaurant in our list and we will definitely visit again very soon. We highly recommend.
Amazing food, wine, and service. Love this spot. Great ambiance and keeps me coming back. Makes a great date night! 😊
WOW, I am still dreaming about the fried rice. It has the perfect balance of spice and savory ingredients (especially the crispy pork belly! my favorite part!). They also have a nice cocktail list and bottomless mimosas for brunch. Servers were polite and the restaurant was busy but had space for walk ins.
Mochica is one of my favorite restaurants. Parking can be a little difficult to find depending on what time you go (early dinner isn't usually a problem),and the neighborhood is all steep hills so be prepared to walk a bit, and parking
Amazing place. Service was perfect and the lasagna is one of the best ever - like, better than grandma's good. Very cozy neighborhood place with a lot of character. Definitely recommend!
This place is absolutely a gem for lasagna that tourist can’t find. I’ve never seen lasagna so creamy and crusty at the same time. This is just incredibly good. The perfection of lasagna is how crusty and creamy lasagna is, how consistent
One of the best breakfast/brunch spots in SF. Be prepared to wait if you go on the weekend. I went at 7:30a on a Tuesday and sat immediately at the counter where I had a great view of the open kitchen. Coffee was poured the second I sat and I left with a full belly and a smile 😋
I freaking LOVED my experience at Plow. So much that I went twice in the same week. The lemon-ricotta pancakes are probably the best pancakes I had in my entire life. The potatoes are to die for. I sat at the counter my first time there and
