It shows Afghan Cuisine but the Kebob wasn't Afghani cooked, couldn't eat the kebob the way they cooked.
Nice and Fancy
Great food, especially for the price. Chefs know EXACTLY what they're doing. Drinks are awesome, and the vibe is neighbourly!
Honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in San Francisco! The black truffle ravioli is truly amazing. The service was also so warm and sincere. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the food is amazing and reasonably priced. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had. I’m definitely going back!
Great place for tapas and wine. Their wine selection is super ample and the bar tenders are pretty nice about letting you try different bottles and vintages. They also have an extensive cheese offering, great Spanish, Italian and local charcuterie. Their meatballs are amaze!
One of my favorite neighborhood spots! They have an awesome wine selection and a generous charcuterie serving! Also Union Larder has a great atmosphere for several different occasions!
Great place for Dim sum. It is located on Van Ness Ave by Union & Filbert St. No need to travel all the way to Chinatown or Richmond district for your craving.Food quality is very good. It's more expensive than Chinatown. But the restaurant is much cleaner than most.
Plenty if options for food, lots of seating, and great prices. The food was really good as well, we got the shrimp dumplings and some dessert items a s would definitely go back for all of them.
Food was very good at this place which is really a bar not a restaurant. The chips and salsa were served with guacamole, both of which were some of the best I had tasted. Chips were thin and crispy.
Fried fish taco was good. Freshly made. Soft inside and crispy outside. Get with Nick’s way. Bit expensive for paying almost $5 for one taco. And they take cash only. The guy who took our order was nice and friendly.
Surely a spot worth stopping over, the food is great and fresh, the pricing is convenient and it is constantly well kept there. 5 stars.
Cozy French bistro with great food. My wife loved the endive and beet salad and enjoyed her wellington. The sauces with the rotisserie chicken were amazing. The great ambiance made for a fun date night.
Delicious, fresh food and incredibly kind people. We’ll be back again and again!
Cozy yet a little clichéd, this is a reliable neighborhood standby for Italian. A large part of their charm comes from the setting -- a restaurant that sits neatly in an otherwise VERY residential area -- so it's more about the experience
I love this place. Intimate old school Italian restaurant with wonderful staff and service. Fav place for Mommy dates 💕 make sure to make a reservation since they're small and can fill up
Fantastic food. The pasta was perfect, and everyone around me had food that looked great. Go with the waiter's recommendation
It’s really 4.5 but I rounded up to 5 for the spaghetti! I’ve gone both for dinner and brunch! At brunch, they have their spaghetti that is amazing, it’s so simple but so good. I got one, finished it and ordered another one. The pizzas are really good too.
The dish that saved my dinner here was the Clam Linguini! My white pie pizza was the worst pizza I've ever had as it was straight burnt! (look at my photo!)
Modern eatery with a touch of Americana. Great buffalo chicken sandwich and burgers on challah buns. The portions make the prices a solid value. Try the Split sweet potato fries with Parmesan cheese. Worth a visit if you’re looking a lunch spot on Russian Hill.
The place offers a great variety of fresh food. I love eating here. Staff members are always very friendly, pricing is convenient and the place is always clean.
MUST EAT HERE !!This place boasts of great food you won’t be disappointed, the portions are huge even shareable
We came here after going to Alcatraz and this brunch spot is awesome. We ordered a skillet and although the skillet was very heavy on the potatoes, it was still absolutely delicious. If you have a chance read the story about this place as
Love love the freshness and the beautiful presentation. The open kitchen is modern and clean, the team is super kind and on point when comes to food restrictions/allergies and recommendations on wine paring. location is ideal!
I’ve had omakase in Japan and this was just as good, if not better. The chef really truly cares about your experience in his shop.
I don’t usually review but this meal was one to talk about! I had the Garlic Noodles, add shrimp, and it was literally one of the BEST things over ever eaten. The service was so awesome too. I will come back here every time I visit SF!
Delicious food and friendly staff - definitely recommend stopping by! Get the crispy chicken and garlic noodles - they are delicious!
It's like zany pizza place out of a movie - strangely decorated, staffed by oddballs, an uneven wooden floor that feels like it's about to drop out from underneath you at some point - that serves solid, hearty, savory pizza. Their unique
Very nice pizza with some original choice such as nicely cooked (sautée) potato as part of the topping. They sell by the slice too so you can have variety and more choice. Seating limited and basic but with such nice pizzas and attentive waiter just grateful the place is there.
Some of the best sushi I've had. The atmosphere was great and the service took care of us. One, I never imagined heirloom tomatoes would be good in sushi. I also didn't know how much I needed a flaming pan of cooked sushi in my life. If you go you much try the Flaming Seabass.
Tasty tasty menu! I tried there twice and both the times I was not disappointed. Price is also affordable!
We started our meal with a cheese plate, which was very good. We also had the Russet Potato Gnocchi, which was tasty, but I thought the thyme overpowered the white truffle oil. We also had a salad and they were nice enough to put the
Very good Italian in Russian Hill. Service was awesome, team approach, managers and host helping to clear and prep table to facilitate great dining experience. Lobster Risotto is highly recommended!
After learning that this place will be closing in March, we decided to give it a try.
Best truffle Mac and Cheese ever!! Plus the Wagyu sliders were delicious! Great place for happy hour or a casual date.
Lovely food at, for the quality and location, very reasonable prices. Beautiful ambiance, quiet neighborhood, thoughtfully put together ingredients and wine list. As for the "Roman" part, well, certainly it is Italian cuisine - mostly - but
Yesterday was our first time we visited this good restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the attentive service, with the finest cooking and fine drinks and with the honest charge. We will surely visit there again.
Great, authentic Austrian food. Good beer too. My one complaint is it can be hard to get a table... but then I always want to go here! Pro tip: they serve an amazing breakfast!
Such a great friendly and welcoming neighborhood vibe from the moment you are greeted at the entrance. Fantastic beer selection, and excellent food every time. Make it a point to stop in at least every other month. Highly recommend! Pro tip: shortbread dessert
